About the role

We are seeking a talented Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at N&M Staffing Services' office in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Mandarin CSR - Chat Support, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service through real-time chat interactions. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, where your language skills and customer service expertise will be highly valued.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide excellent customer service through real-time chat interactions, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with a wide range of topics, including product information, order tracking, and general support
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, actively listening to customer needs and providing clear, concise, and empathetic responses
  • Leverage your Mandarin language fluency to effectively communicate with and support our Mandarin-speaking customer base
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written
  • Native or near-native level Mandarin proficiency is required for effective customer communication
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably with a focus on chat-based support
  • Multilingual chat support experience is strongly preferred for this position
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer queries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a positive customer experience
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates who meet all other requirements
