Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mandarin-English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing financial services support team. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Mandarin and English, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to start a career in customer service—no prior call center experience required. You will receive full training to equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to assist customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests in Mandarin and English through phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist clients with basic account information, transaction inquiries, and financial product support.
  • Provide accurate, clear, and timely responses while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies, security, and financial regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) — mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • No prior call center or financial experience required — full training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any field.
  • Interest in finance, banking, or customer relations.
  • Experience working in a multicultural or bilingual environment.
