We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage key areas of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations, and People Development Management. The ideal candidate must have a strong HR generalist background, excellent people management skills, and be open to working onsite in the MOA area.

Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition (TA):

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across departments and levels.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Build strong pipelines through internal sourcing, job fairs, and partnerships.

2. Labor Relations (LR):

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee discipline, grievance procedures, and investigations.
  • Maintain harmonious employee-management relationships.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for labor union concerns (if applicable).

3. People Development Management (PDM):

  • Design and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) regularly.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and succession planning.
  • Support leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in TA, LR, and PDM.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned onsite in Mall of Asia (MOA), Pasay City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
