Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell company products in retail partner outlets. The role requires someone with strong communication skills, sales drive, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products in assigned retail stores
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
  • Monitor product display, stocks, and merchandising in the store
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Prepare basic sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff and customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and store regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Promoter, or similar role in a retail/FMCG setting
  • College level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused and sales-driven
  • With good organizational and reporting skills
  • Willing to be assigned/deployed in supermarkets or malls

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
