QUANTITY SURVEYOR

  • Manages all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.

  • Seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.

  • Evaluates and controls the project requirement in terms of material order and job order and weekly and monthly billing of subcontractor

  • Prepares and evaluates cost comparison of all material (finishes/consumables) and labor works

  • Prepare and collect technical documents for Bidding

  • Study client requirement and RFP's to be able to prepare competitive cost proposals for bidding.

  • Update boundary lines and prepare sites for construction so that legal disputes are prevented.

  • Make precise measurements to determine property boundaries.

  • Provide data significant to the shape and contour of the Earth's surface for engineering, mapmaking, and construction projects.

  • Assist the Project Manager in properly implementing of Admin related policies and procedures pertaining to project site

  • Prepare detailed schedule of works and manpower

  • Conduct site surveys to be able to get actual measurements in preparation for quantity take off.
