Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily bookkeeping and financial transactions
  • Prepare and file BIR returns (1601C, 0619E, 1601EQ, 2550Q, 1702Q, 1702-RT/MX)
  • Ensure compliance with RA VAT on digital services)
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Implement and monitor Payment Voucher system for disbursements
  • Coordinate with external auditors for AFS and SEC filings
  • Mentor bookkeeper and improve internal processes
Qualifications
  • Licensed CPA (required)
  • 3–5 years of corporate accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and compliance
  • Skilled in FS preparation and meeting BIR deadlines
  • Familiar with accounting systems (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to work onsite
