Finance Controller (Onsite – Manufacturing)

Work Location: Lugait, Misamis Oriental

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Type: Full-Time, Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our team. This role will oversee all aspects of manufacturing accounting and financial controlling for operations. The Finance Controller will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and advisory support to ensure strong business performance and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead mid-term planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecast processes aligned with Sales & Operations Planning.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure systematic and integrated financial planning.
  • Validate, consolidate, and submit financial plans for reporting and decision-making.
  • Create financial transparency by tracking performance, managing risks, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Provide financial analysis and advisory support to guide business decisions and improve profitability.
  • Review and assess CAPEX investment plans and implement CAPEX control processes.
  • Support development of business plans, financial models, and profitability studies.
  • Ensure financial controls and compliance standards are properly implemented.
  • Address audit and compliance findings and ensure corrective actions are in place.
  • Lead sustainability reviews to maintain industry certifications.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  • Minimum of 7 years' work experience in manufacturing accounting or finance, including cost control, variance analysis, budget development, and management reporting

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of SAP and Anaplan is a strong advantage
