Finance Controller

Location: Misamis Oriental

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our team. This role will oversee all aspects of manufacturing accounting and controlling for operations, ensuring strong financial management, compliance, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mid-term planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting processes aligned with Sales and Operations Planning.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated and systematic financial planning.
  • Validate, consolidate, and submit financial plans for reporting and decision-making.
  • Track performance, manage risks, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
  • Provide financial analysis and advisory support to guide business decisions and improve performance.
  • Assess CAPEX investment plans and ensure effective CAPEX control processes.
  • Support development of business plans, financial models, and profitability studies.
  • Ensure standardized financial controls and compliance procedures are implemented and effective.
  • Manage resolution of issues from audits and compliance reviews.
  • Lead sustainability reviews to maintain required certifications.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • At least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, specifically in accounting, finance, process cost control, variance analysis, budget development, and management reporting.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of SAP and Anaplan.
