Responsibilities
- Support efforts to build and enhance the company's reputation by ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment platforms.
- Communication and Liaison: Communicate and coordinate with team members, clients, partners, and other individuals as required. Maintain professional and positive relationships with all contacts.
- Appointments/ Meetings Arranged with Stakeholders from different Entity's key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, NGOs, and other external partners
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Proven experience
in public relations, stakeholder management, customer relations, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills
– excellent written and verbal English; able to confidently present, negotiate, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Interpersonal skills
– approachable, diplomatic, and able to foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Crisis management ability
– capable of handling sensitive issues tactfully and maintaining the company's reputation under pressure.
Organizational skills
– detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, events, or campaigns at once.
Adaptability
– comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands.
Tech-savvy
– proficient in MS Office, social media platforms, and other communication tools.
Professional demeanor
– strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and service orientation.
