Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring proper documentation relevant to the incorporation of and conveyance, maintaining the upkeep of projects while keeping a good relationship between the Homeowners Association and Condo Corp.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Candidate/s must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, HRM, Tourism, or Business Administration. A degree in Property Management, Operations, Architectural and/or Engineering course is a plus but not required.
  2. With at least five-year experience in Property Management, specializing in real estate
  3. Excellent communication skills in English and Vernacular (verbal and written)
  4. Able to present to a wide variety of people
  5. Knowledgeable in property and real estate management with a lot of customer dealings and community relations
  6. Experienced in handling start-up operations of projects/ properties to be able to guide the team
  7. Experienced in budget management for unit or department operational concerns
  8. Highly collaborative and a team player
  9. Able to easily learn new digital platforms/applications for both computer and phone, especially those related to communication (i.e. MS Teams, Salesforce, SAP)
