Team Leader for Collections

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Accounting / Finance or any related course
  • Must have 5 to 6yrs Leadership / team handling from BPO
  • Extensive end to end knowledge of O2C.
  • Good Knowledge of Credit Control, Billing, Cash Applications, Suspense Account management
  • Handling customer queries, Collections, Bad debt & write off and Chargebacks.
  • Understand various cycles of collection including collection buckets and managing disputes effectively.
  • Establish and maintain end to end AR process controls.
  • Good Accounting knowledge for AR month end close.
  • Strong experience and understanding of ERP based F&A BPO processes.
  • Experience in managing a Collections Helpdesk and resolving AR process discrepancies both with internal & external customers.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Excel
  • Experience in IM or Records Management sector preferred
  • Can start ASAP

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Perform collections and Review work performed by the team members
  • Resolve queries of team members
  • Work with client and other external stakeholders for resolution of issues
  • Perform day to day activities in the absence of team members
  • Support manager in reporting activities
  • Advanced communication (Verbal and Written) skills in English
  • Expert in technical knowledge and able to guide others
