About the role

As the Team Leader - Credit Card Operation, you will lead a team of credit card specialists to ensure efficient and effective credit card operations at First Source Solutions Limited. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the credit card team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyse data and generate reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and the timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Foster a positive and motivational work environment for the team

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in Credit Card Operations (Disputes, Fraud, Chargebacks, and/or Collections).
  • Strong understanding of credit card operations, including account management, dispute resolution, and collections
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using relevant software and systems to manage data and generate reports
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in the business environment
