As the 
Collections Team Lead
, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the performance of our offshore collections team. You'll ensure that the objectives and targets are met by driving team productivity, maintaining compliance, and supporting continuous process improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop the Manila-based collections team
    , driving performance, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Australian business leads
     to ensure efficient delivery of offshored processes, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
  • Oversee daily operations
    —including quality reviews, reporting, and escalations—to maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive process optimisation and strategic initiatives
    , identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall business outcomes.
  • Ensure operational continuity and compliance
    , proactively managing staffing, risk, and adherence to industry regulations and data security standards.

 
About You

  • Proven experience in collections
     within the 
    Home Loan or Asset Finance lending
     space, with at least 
    3 years in a leadership or senior capacity
    .
  • Strong understanding of Australian financial industry workflows
     and end-to-end collection processes, supported by solid 
    analytical and decision-making skills
    .
  • Exceptional communicator
     with excellent written and verbal English proficiency, capable of building rapport and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Empathetic yet results-driven leader
     who demonstrates integrity, accountability, and resilience while motivating teams toward performance goals.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented professional
    , skilled in problem solving, time management, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
