Job Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier candidates for various roles, for one of our clients based in Saudi Arabia. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and the ability to adapt to different cultural nuances while collaborating remotely with hiring managers across various time zones. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create targeted recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for offshore roles across multiple industries (IT, Commercial/Sales.).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific job requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, utilizing various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.).
  • Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, and present the top candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, including pipeline status and candidate feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in offshore recruitment, labor markets, and best practices.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of candidates and job orders in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies to attract top offshore talent.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on offshore or international recruitment (at least 5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of offshore staffing markets and understanding of global recruitment challenges.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers remotely.
  • Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
