  1. Assess training needs across the organization and design tailored training programs to address skill gaps
  2. Develop engaging and effective training content, including workshops, online modules, and hands-on sessions
  3. Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively
  4. Collaborate with managers to identify and prioritize training requirements
  5. Monitor and evaluate the impact of training initiatives, making adjustments as needed
  6. Maintain training records and provide progress reports to stakeholders
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employee training and development

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry
  2. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify training needs and design effective solutions
  4. Proficiency in using training management software and digital learning tools
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities
  7. Passion for employee development and a commitment to continuous learning
