- Assess training needs across the organization and design tailored training programs to address skill gaps
- Develop engaging and effective training content, including workshops, online modules, and hands-on sessions
- Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively
- Collaborate with managers to identify and prioritize training requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training initiatives, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain training records and provide progress reports to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employee training and development
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify training needs and design effective solutions
- Proficiency in using training management software and digital learning tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities
- Passion for employee development and a commitment to continuous learning
