About the Opportunity:

GA HR Consultancy Inc., the accredited headhunter and executive search firm for a leading luxury buffet group, is looking for a Marketing Manager who will lead the planning and execution of brand-building campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. This role is ideal for a driven and experienced marketer looking to make a significant impact in the food and beverage, food service, or hospitality industry.

You'll be at the forefront of shaping the brand's identity, promoting seasonal initiatives, and ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience across all marketing channels and customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.

  • Integrated Campaigns: Plan, launch, and monitor campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.

  • Brand Leadership: Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms and materials.

  • Social Media & Digital Management: Manage the brand's online presence, including content creation and advertising.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams including operations, culinary, and service to support promotions.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Leverage insights to inform strategy and positioning.

  • Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable reports and recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a marketing manager role or equivalent leadership level, ideally within the food and beverage, food service, or hospitality industry.

  • Expertise: Strong foundation in campaign planning, branding, and digital marketing.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in marketing analytics and insights generation.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Hospitality Management.
