GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our team, focusing on transportation, storage, and creative container solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth within our transportation and storage services. Your creativity and innovative approach will be vital in developing tailored container solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for our transportation, storage, and container solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting potential clients and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that highlight our services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of customized container solutions.
- Monitor industry developments and incorporate insights into business development strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role within the transportation, logistics, or storage industry.
- Strong understanding of container solutions and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in creative solution development is a plus.
