We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team This role will be responsible for managing the entire business development cycle — from lead generation to closing deals, and ensuring excellent client relationship management even after sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
  • Conduct client outreach, presentations, and negotiations to secure new accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide after-sales support and continuously check on client needs to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive the best experience.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and business growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
