About the role

This is a full-time position as a Billing and Collection Supervisor based in Pasig City Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the billing and collection processes to ensure timely and accurate payments from clients. You will lead a team of billing and collection specialists and play a crucial part in the financial operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the end-to-end billing and collection functions, including invoicing, follow-ups, and dispute resolution
  2. Oversee a team of billing and collection specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  3. Analyze financial data, identify trends and patterns, and implement strategies to improve collection rates and cash flow
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as accounting and customer service, to ensure seamless operations
  5. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the billing and collection processes
  6. Generate detailed reports and provide recommendations to management on financial performance and process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a billing and collections supervisory role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  3. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial statements and metrics
  4. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and cross-functional teams
  6. Thorough understanding of billing and collections regulations, procedures, and best practices
