As part of the INTERIOR DESIGN TEAM, the Junior Technical is responsible for providing technical assistance to the team such as:

  • prepare construction and technical drawings thru REVIT to meet project requirements
  • produce construction related documents, and evaluate design feasibility
  • assist designers in producing 3D RENDERS for presentations

He/She is also responsible in providing technical support during construction or execution of project including the following:

  • assist in conducting periodic site inspections
  • assist in clash detection with MEPFS plans
  • produce as-built plans accurately

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • has 2-3 years experience in AutoCAD, Sketchup & Revit
  • has experience or preference for interior design projects
  • also proficient in rendering and editing softwares such as Enscape and Adobe Photoshop
  • knnowledgeable in reading construction drawings and engineering drawings (MEPFS)
  • knowledgeable in relevant building codes, regulations and standards
  • knowledgeable in construction materials, methods, and systems

SOFT SKILLS:

  • ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and deadlines
  • excellent listening and communication skills
  • strong technical & problem solving skills
  • has a keen attention to detail
  • Licensed in Architecture OR Interior Design is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
