We're seeking a full-time Senior Visual Designer with years of experience to join our marketing team. You'll be responsible for project management and design support across various platforms and ensuring our print and digital assets adhere to the brand and align with business goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Brand Identity application: Maintain our brand's visual guidelines across all touchpoints, including social media, webpages, and marketing materials.
  • UI Design: Design clear, intuitive, and high converting user interfaces like mailers and landing pages for our marketing campaigns.
  • Graphic Design: Create compelling visual assets such as infographics, marketing collateral, social media posts, presentations, and print material that effectively communicate our message.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional, distributed teams to translate requirements into effective visual solutions.
  • Project Management: Ensure design projects are delivered end to end.
  • Design Trends & Innovation: Stay informed about current design trends and explore new design techniques to enhance visual output.
  • Problem Solving: Approach design challenges with a strategic mindset, developing creative and effective solutions.

What You Need to Bring:

10+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both graphic design and UI principles.

Agency experience working across brands and industries, specifically for clients in European, US or Gulf regions.

A background in brand identity design

A solid understanding of visual design principles: Typography, color theory, layout, and attention to detail.

A solid understanding of data driven design - how to use data and analytics to enhance designs and flows.

Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals like User-centered design, information architecture, and usability best practices.

Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

The ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging visuals

Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.

A collaborative approach and a positive team attitude.

Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage projects efficiently.
