HR Recruitment Associate

Job Summary:
The HR Recruitment is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. This role ensures the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified candidates while maintaining a positive employer brand and an effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media.
- Source and screen candidates through CV reviews, phone screenings, and interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Facilitate background checks, reference checks, and employment offers.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
- Stay updated on employment laws, trends, and best practices in recruitment.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
