HR Coordinator – Key Responsibilities

  1. **Recruitment and Onboarding**

* Assist in posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

* Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks and medical exams.

* Prepare employment contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

* Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.

  1. **Employee Records Management**

* Maintain and update employee records and personnel files (both digital and physical).

* Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data in HRIS or other databases.

* Track employee attendance, leaves, and employment status changes.

  1. **Benefits and Compensation Administration**

* Coordinate with payroll for employee updates, deductions, and adjustments.

* Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries or documentation.

  1. **Employee Relations and Engagement**

* Assist in organizing company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

* Help address employee concerns or complaints and escalate them to the HR Manager when necessary.

* Promote positive employee relations and company culture.

  1. **HR Compliance and Policy Implementation**

* Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.

* Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for audits or compliance purposes.

* Support disciplinary and performance management processes.

  1. **Training and Development Support**

* Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and attendance tracking.

* Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.

  1. **General HR and Administrative Support**

* Assist the HR department in daily operations and special projects.

* Handle HR correspondences, memos, and communication with other departments.
