Job description:
Types memoranda, correspondences and drafts replies to inquiries related to the functions of the Human Resources Department.
Gives orientation to the Company's policies, rules and regulations.
Prepares Contracts for the employees, trainees, and contractors.
Assists the employees in the accomplishment of the necessary forms regarding their claims with Social Security System, BIR, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth.
Assists in Training and Development activities.
Assists in the conceptualization and implementation of Special Projects and Corporate activities.
Assists in Recruitment and Placement activities of the Department
Maintains and keeps proper filing of the daily supplies expense
