We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the design, development, and continuous optimization of the banks digital products.

As a key member of the digital product team, the Product Owner serves as the bridge between business and technology defining product vision, managing delivery from scope to testing, and ensuring that every solution aligns with both business goals and user needs. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and execution excellence.

• Lead product discovery sessions and stakeholder engagements to define product vision, objectives, and success metrics.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for business partners to align on requirements, priorities, and expectations.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational strategy.
• Write and manage epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that clearly define end-to-end customer experiences.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring requirements are testable, actionable, and ready for development.
• Represent the voice of the customer, turning insights and research into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with design, technology, and delivery teams to produce cohesive, high-quality digital solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to confirm that deliverables meet both business and user expectations.
• Ensure all requirements are clearly defined, documented, and ready for development prior to sprint grooming.
• Manage risks, blockers, and scope changes to maintain delivery timelines and product quality.
• Partner with Product Owner Leads, Delivery Managers, and other stakeholders to align dependencies and manage shared priorities.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and project checkpoints, providing input and clarifications as needed.
• Uphold a high standard of quality by ensuring that deliverables meet business intent, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, KPIs, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Work with support and operations teams to resolve issues and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Participate in retrospectives and research initiatives to capture learnings and drive product evolution.
• Collaborate with business units to proactively identify new opportunities for delivering sustained product value.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or digital product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) delivery environments.
• Demonstrated customer-centric mindset and strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver with accountability.
• Effective collaborator comfortable working across business, design, and technology functions.
• Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or large-scale digital platform initiatives.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Figma, or similar product and design tools.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong sense of curiosity, ownership, and a passion for improving digital products over time.
