Job Description: Product Owner

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of SaaS applications within Corporate Systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Agile environments, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments.

  • Product Owner certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) are preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Define the product vision, manage the product backlog, and guide cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for SaaS applications within Corporate Systems.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align product goals with organizational objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring needs are translated into actionable product features.

  • Facilitate regular reviews, demos, and feedback sessions with cross‑functional teams.

Agile Delivery

  • Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.

  • Work closely with the POD team to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of product increments.

Vendor & SaaS Management

  • Evaluate and manage third‑party SaaS vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs, security standards, and integration requirements.

  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure solutions meet compliance standards and support business process optimization.

  • Partner with InfoSec and Compliance teams to manage data governance and risk mitigation.
