Product Owner (Fully Onsite – Shifting Schedule)

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Setup: Fully Onsite

Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Business and Mid-shift rotations depending on business needs)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise SaaS applications within Corporate Systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of Agile methodologies. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to balance strategic product direction with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & Strategy

  • Define product vision, maintain the product backlog, and guide cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead end-to-end product development for SaaS applications within Corporate Systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, ensuring requirements are translated into actionable product features.
  • Facilitate reviews, demos, and feedback sessions to drive collaboration and clarity across teams.

Agile Delivery

  • Create clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with the POD team to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of product increments.

Vendor & SaaS Management

  • Evaluate and manage third-party SaaS vendors while ensuring adherence to SLAs, integration standards, and security requirements.
  • Monitor product performance and user experience to drive continuous enhancement.

Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure solutions comply with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and process optimization principles.
  • Partner with InfoSec and Compliance teams on data governance, risk mitigation, and audit needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
