About the role

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a skilled and reliable Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team in Katipunan, Quezon City, Metro Manila. This 1 year-contract position is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring professional looking to gain hands-on experience in the accounting field.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Perform bookkeeping and data entry tasks
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Contribute to the implementation of accounting policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices and regulations
  • Willing to be assign in UP Town Center, Katipunan QC.
