Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship

The position of Treasury Assistant is assigned to the Finance and Treasury Department within Primestate Ventures Inc. and will be based at our Head Office in Katipunan Ave, Quezon City.

Your Role

As a Treasury Assistant, you will support daily treasury operations, including fund monitoring, cash and check handling, and financial reporting to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Custodian of all post-dated checks (PDC) to ensure timely deposit of the check on its due date.
  • OR monitoring, verification and deposits of check.
  • Handles issuance of OR and AR.
  • OR encoding at system.
  • Other work assigned and bank errands.
  • Preparation of actual collection reports.
  • Validate all necessary documents from Sales Admin (Certificate of full payments)
  • Receive the cash/check collections from Sales Admin
  • Monitors all inflow reflected in the passbooks.
  • Handles petty cash of the Head Office.
  • Monitor's collection of LCCI and Open Parking.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of any business, finance, or accounting-related course (e.g., Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Management).
  • Experience: Preferably with background in treasury, accounting, or cash management.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Organised and reliable in handling funds and documents
  • Knowledge of bank transactions and basic accounting procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial systems
  • Trustworthy and discreet with financial data
  • Basic awareness of banking regulations and compliance requirements
