
Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Role Responsibilities: Call/Scheduling Department representative's primary duty and responsibility is to ensure we obtain records by the due date and to build and maintain a great professional relationship with clients.
Duties Include:
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, questions and concerns regarding the release of records.
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls
- Verifying data on initial call
- Follow-up on requests
- Routing work
- Create letters, save and mail
- Obtain the correct records
- Update orders with clear detailed notes
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Tenacious and self-motivated
- Proficient typing skills and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in a call center or BPO environment
- Knowledge of worker's compensation is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
