Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career by playing a key role in our company's growth. You'll dive into the full recruitment lifecycle, getting hands-on experience with sourcing, candidate screening, and new hire onboarding. Working alongside our hiring managers, you'll learn to understand their hiring needs and contribute directly to finding the best talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end Recruitment (Sourcing of candidates, pre-screening, interview, and onboarding)


• Work closely with Hiring Managers to assess and evaluate recruitment initiatives


• Represent the company in recruitment activities such as job fairs, caravans, and the like


• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates


• Prepare Recruitment Reports


• Attend Calibration / Meetings pertaining to Recruitment and Sourcing activities


• Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Quick learner with a strong grasp of the recruitment lifecycle (e.g., sourcing, screening, coordination).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities and organizational prowess.
  • Adaptable team player who thrives in dynamic environments and can work independently when needed.
  • Committed to making a positive impact by connecting talented individuals with opportunities.
