What You'll Do

  • Offer the learner, and trainers worldwide the best experience possible by providing support and being efficient in giving the solutions to concern or issues that arise on our learning portal.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve requests and issues via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Monitor lessons and internal tools 24/7.
  • Be an expert and ensure a smooth communication with our internal clients.
  • Support our learning consultants abroad during their offline hours or in case of emergency.

What We Are Looking For

  • One previous successful experience as a Customer/Technical Support
  • Bachelors/College Degree in any field
  • Internet savvy and proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Open Office
  • Process-oriented and have keen attention to detail
  • Impressive analytical and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both orally and written
  • Open to work onsite and on graveyard shift in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City
