QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity in using accounting and office software/systems.
  • Preferably with experience in clerical/administrative support or equivalent
  • With in oral and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Office Applications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when dealing with sales reports, transactions and inventory
  • Strong knowledge and skills in performing financial analysis, as well as in solving problems.
  • Effective in team work and collaboration.
  • Analytical, self-motivated, hands on and ability to work independently yet achieved set goals and target deadlines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports for management.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team on financial analysis and other reports.
  • Act as liaison between the finance and operations. Assist in preparation of operations department budget.
  • Assist with inventory process and reconciliations ensuring accuracy of inventory data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support financial and operational objectives.
  • Daily Sales Report: Encode and manage data for the daily sales report, ensuring accurate and timely submission
  • Collection Verification: Check and balance the collections deposited by the crew, verifying accuracy against records
  • Identify and dispute non-payable transactions from third parties, ensuring proper resolution.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate superior to support smooth operations.
