About the role

3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the healthcare industry. Your role will be critical in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  5. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the management team
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or healthcare setting
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and office software
  5. Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and regulations is preferred
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  7. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a passion for helping others
