Job Description:

  • Receive telephone calls mostly coming from financial advisors and sometimes from clients, regarding investment products (mutual funds, segregated funds) that were purchased form a Sun Life Financial Advisor in Canada.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years in college or a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of international BPO voice experience in Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, or Investment Accounts.
  • FINRA certification or relevant training is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Conducts outbound phone interviews with insurance applicants to gather essential medical, lifestyle, and personal details for underwriting. Ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication while following company protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any allied health course.
  • Acceptable allied health courses include Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, or Psychology.
  • At least 1 year of experience handling international BPO healthcare accounts (inbound or outbound).
  • Strong communication skills with solid knowledge of medical terminologies and proper pronunciation.

  • You will handle inbound voice calls from Canadian members to answer queries related to insurance, claims, benefits, and eligibility.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years in college or a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of international BPO voice experience in healthcare accounts specifically in terms of insurance, eligibility, claims, or prior authorization.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Assisting clients across various communication channels, reviewing and processing their requests, validating submitted documents, coordinating with support teams for smooth service delivery, and endorsing requests for further action or approval.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd year college completer to bachelor's degree holder.
  • At least 1 year experience in a BPO international accounts (healthcare insurance) setting handling metrics-driven (CSAT, QA, & AHT).
  • Must demonstrate experience managing all three key performance metrics: Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance (QA), and Average Handling Time (AHT).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
