Position: Maintenance Manager - Farm

Job Summary

The Maintenance Manager oversees the overall maintenance operations of the farm. The role ensures that all facilities, machinery, and equipment are functioning well through proper planning, preventive maintenance, and continuous monitoring. This position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to support farm operations in meeting performance targets.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related course
  • At least five years of relevant work experience in maintenance, preferably in a farm or manufacturing setting
  • Strong leadership, monitoring, and planning skills
  • Knowledge and experience in preventive maintenance systems
  • Willing to be assigned in Bukidnon

Responsibilities

  • Provide training to maintenance teams to ensure correct and consistent implementation of procedures
  • Assist farm operations in meeting their key performance indicators by delivering effective maintenance support
  • Conduct regular audits of equipment, processes, and maintenance activities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to the farm
  • Monitor and manage the monthly inventory of all tools, materials, and equipment
  • Analyze issues encountered in each farm and recommend solutions and corrective actions
