About the role

Cebu Landmasters, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our residential properties, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and property maintenance.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties, including supervising maintenance staff, coordinating vendor services, and responding to tenant inquiries and concerns
  • Handle all aspects of tenant relations, including screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and addressing tenant issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee the financial management of properties, including rent collection, expense tracking, and budget preparation
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy rates and maintain high tenant satisfaction
  • Ensure all properties are well-maintained and comply with relevant safety and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with the wider property management team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in the residential leasing and property management sector
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, including lease administration, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of property management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets
