Job Responsibilities:

  • Checks and upholds the cleanliness and overall condition of the building and its surroundings.
  • Monitors and regulates the efficient consumption of electricity, water, and LPG.
  • Detects facility concerns and collaborates with tenants for timely resolution.
  • Creates and enforces emergency response procedures.
  • Maintains a safe environment for all occupants, tenants, and guests.
  • Performs routine building inspections and prepares corresponding reports.
  • Ensures adherence to ISO 9001 standards, regulatory guidelines, and building codes.
  • Responds promptly to tenant questions and issues.
  • Ensures compliance with RA 11285 reporting to the DOE and serves as the designated Energy Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience overseeing multiple commercial or office properties.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
