We are looking for an experienced ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER to be assigned at our STARMALL ANNEX LAS PIÑAS "Samgyupsalamat" Branch.
Responsible for overseeing business operations, delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur on their shift. Their duties include stocking inventory, balancing the cash register and coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency or customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Support Operations: Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving shift-related issues.
- Team Supervision: Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to staff to maintain efficiency and service quality.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent guest experience by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high service standards.
- Financial Assistance: Support in preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions.
- Inventory & Supplies: Coordinate with suppliers, monitor stock levels, and assist in managing purchasing and inventory control.
- Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement programs.
- Compliance & Standards: Help enforce company policies, SOPs, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure consistent operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS HRM or any Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Effective leadership skills
