Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with the management team on special events and promotions.
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation practices.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
