Job Description:

Operations Management

  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation, service, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Monitor service speed, quality, and presentation to maintain customer satisfaction.

Staff Supervision

  • Support the Shift Manager in supervising, coaching, and motivating team members.
  • Assist in training new employees on company policies and job duties.
  • Manage shift schedules and assign tasks to staff for efficiency.
  • Uphold discipline, professionalism, and teamwork among employees.

Sales & Financial Control

  • Assist in monitoring daily sales, labor costs, and inventory usage.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting at the end of the shift.
  • Help implement promotions and upselling strategies to boost sales.

Inventory & Compliance

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Enforce compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
