About the role

Apaipartners Intl Corp' is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth within our Aluminum Glass Business. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively prospecting and generating new leads to expand our customer base
  2. Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business
  4. Providing technical expertise and consultative selling to help customers identify the best solutions for their needs
  5. Collaborating cross-functionally with our operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  7. Contributing to the ongoing development of our sales strategies and processes

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a Sales Representative/Consultant role within the Sales industry
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  3. Strong technical and product knowledge, with the ability to understand and articulate complex solutions
  4. Proactive and self-motivated approach, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Proficiency in using CRM and other sales-related software
  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
