Job description

  1. Overall responsible for the soonest completion of assigned project at least possible cost at best quality. Protects and maintains the reputation of the company.

  2. Organizes the submittal and approval from client/consultant:

a. System design

b. Shop drawings

c. Structural calculations

d. Project quality plan

e. Method statement

f. Program/schedule

g. All site test and PMU procedures

h. Variation orders

  1. Creates and maintains the logs:

a. Shop drawing and structural calculations

b. Material submittal and approval

c. RFA/RFI

d. Variation costs

e. NTP/CVI

f. Monthly Invoice and billing

g. In and out correspondences

  • Analyzes and initiates implementations of contracts particularly assigned.

  • Initiates inspections and/or verifications of jobsite operations.

  • Determines the tools, access and equipment to be used for the installation including the resources and numbers of manpower.

  • Make sure that all materials including all parts and accessories are delivered at site so installation will not be hampered.

  • Liaise with main contractor and other trades affecting the installation.

  • Make sure that the installation is of quality-standard and according to safety standards and schedule.

  • Attends technical, coordination, site progress and other meetings at site.

  • Always maintain good rapport with client representatives and other trade contractors.

  • Prepares accomplishment reports for billing purpose. Organize client review and approval of accomplished amount.

  • Review and recommends sub-con progress billing.

  • Initiates and follow-up hand-over of completed activities

Qualifications for Glass and Aluminum Project-In-Charge:

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing glass and aluminum projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and industry standards.

  • Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and execution.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with glass and aluminum fabrication processes.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Project-In-Charge (glass and aluminum): 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
