About the role

What we're looking for

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Fluency in English and the local language
  • Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred but not required
