We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support both our leadership team and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Provide support for marketing presentations, reports, and meeting materials (If needed).
  • Act as the point of contact between executives, team leaders, team members, and external partners.
  • Draft and manage business correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Marketing Support

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the pediatric team.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including purchase order processing, inventory monitoring, and supplier coordination.
  • Maintain the marketing activity calendar and provide regular updates to the respective team leaders.
  • Ensure campaign materials, reports, and files are accurately organized and properly archived.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field or any relevant courses.
  • 6 months- 1+ years of experience as marketing assistant is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Has knowledge in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
