AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Administration Program Head to join our dynamic team in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As the Program Head, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Business Administration program, ensuring its academic excellence and aligning it with the school strategic objectives. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of our students.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for the Business Administration program to meet industry standards and student needs
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of experienced faculty members to deliver high-quality instruction
  • Monitor student progress, provide academic advising, and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and success
  • Collaborate with the college's management team to drive the growth and development of the Business Administration program
  • Represent the program at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the college and identify new opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the program's curriculum, teaching methods, and learning outcomes

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the field of Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Strong teaching and curriculum development skills, with a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective instruction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and college management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and personnel effectively
  • Familiarity with educational regulations and accreditation standards in the Philippines
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student success
