Job Title: Head of Human Resources (HR Head)
Job Summary:
The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading and managing the overall HR strategy, ensuring effective recruitment, employee development, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement aligned with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, engagement programs, and disciplinary processes.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and rewards programs.
- Lead HR operations including HR records, contracts, and HR systems.
- Support leadership in organizational development and change management.
- Represent HR in executive meetings and provide strategic HR insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- At least 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with leadership or managerial role exposure.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
