Role Overview

The B2B Head is responsible for overseeing all B2B operations of Good Sht Coffee—from client account management to production planning, logistics coordination, billing oversight, and profitability management. This role ensures that all B2B accounts are operationally sound, financially viable, and aligned with the company's growth goals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, decisive, and comfortable managing both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Client Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all B2B clients.
• Coordinate with clients on orders, delivery schedules, special requirements, and changes.
• Ensure accurate order intake, confirmation, and alignment with production and delivery capacity.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
• Handle client complaints and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams.

2. Production & Logistics Management

• Plan and set production schedules based on confirmed orders and demand forecasts.
• Coordinate production and logistics teams through shift planning and workload distribution.
• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor capacity utilization and adjust schedules to prevent shortages, overproduction, or delays.

3. Billing, Collection & Financial Coordination

• Coordinate with the Finance Head on billing accuracy, invoicing, and collections.
• Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and reflected in invoices.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Maintain visibility of account profitability, pricing, and payment terms.

4. Client Onboarding & Capacity Planning

• Onboard new B2B clients with full operational readiness before activation.
• Assess new client requirements against current production and logistics capacity.
• Balance existing commitments with new business to avoid service degradation.
• Coordinate internal approvals and onboarding timelines.

5. Records Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and updated records of:
• Orders
• Deliveries
• Paid and unpaid invoices
• Client pricing and terms
• Prepare regular reports on B2B sales performance, receivables, production efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all B2B records.

6. Profitability, Growth & Business Development

• Ensure all B2B accounts meet company margin targets.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and pricing optimization opportunities.
• Recommend pricing, MOQ, or delivery frequency adjustments to protect margins.
• Support management in planning and executing B2B growth strategies.

7. Procurement & Purchase Requests

• Prepare and submit purchase requests for raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Coordinate approvals and replenishment with procurement and management.
• Monitor inventory usage and forecast demand requirements.

8. People Management & Performance Appraisal

• Supervise and evaluate B2B production, logistics, and support staff.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and recommend training or corrective actions.
• Ensure adequate staffing and skill alignment for operational needs.

9. Facilities, Equipment & Asset Management

• Oversee proper use and maintenance of B2B facilities, equipment, vehicles, and assets.
• Coordinate repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
