We are seeking a talented and experienced Computer Science Program Head to join our dynamic team at AMA Computer College Inc. in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As the Program Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and delivery of our computer science curriculum, ensuring our students receive a world-class education that prepares them for successful careers in the rapidly evolving tech industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing leadership and strategic vision for the computer science program, aligning it with the college's mission and objectives
  • Overseeing the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the computer science curriculum, incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends
  • Managing and mentoring a team of dedicated computer science faculty, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Actively engaging with industry partners to ensure the program remains relevant and responsive to market demands
  • Promoting the computer science program and building strong relationships with prospective students and their families
  • Monitoring student performance and outcomes, and implementing data-driven initiatives to enhance student success
  • Representing the computer science program and the college at relevant industry events and conferences

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a computer science or IT-related academic program
  • A strong background in computer science, with a deep understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, faculty, and industry partners
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, program planning, and resource management
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student success
