Role Purpose

Support all aspects of warehouse operations—primarily inbound and outbound processes—through documentation, coordination, inventory monitoring, and adherence to standard procedures. Ensure timely and accurate communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

General & Administrative

  • Perform clerical and admin duties.
  • Comply with company regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with departments and affiliates.
  • Participate in mandatory training programs (e.g., Safety, Food Safety, HR).

Warehouse Operations Support

  • Prepare and handle inbound/outbound documents (e.g., RR, DR, Transfer Tickets, Picklists).
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and report updates (e.g., booking system, utilization reports).
  • Assist with queries from warehouse personnel regarding dispatch accuracy and item conditions.
  • Monitor laundry and ensure programming of data loggers meets required settings.

Inventory Support

  • Assist with daily inventory movement reports and document filing for audit.
  • Monitor compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles.
  • Help analyze inventory variances and support location/product audits (IRA).
  • Generate aging and critical stock level reports using ABC analysis.
  • Aid in cycle count and annual inventory processes.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with the Business Process Team to develop work instructions and process flowcharts.
  • Participate in TMS studies and process audits to improve KPIs.
  • Support SOP reviews and training for process adherence.

Authorities

  • File and organize warehouse-related documents.
  • Ensure required documentation is complete and signed (e.g., DRs, POs).

Qualifications

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of related experience preferred.

Preferred Skills: Proficient in MS Office, WMS/ERP systems; strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
